Stolen from Laylah, that meme where you post five songs from your playlist that all start with the same letter. She gave me "C". You know the drill; comment if you take, if you wanna play let me know and I'll give you a letter. You're all super love.
Plastic Bertrand: Ca Plane Pour MoiFrom Askerian, over on LJ. This is one of my happy silly songs, not so much for anything in the lyrics as for the adorably 1950's-ish "woo-oo-o-oo!" that gets thrown in with the chorus. ♥
Arrogant Worms- Canada's Really Big "We're larger than Malasia, Almost as big as Asia! We're bigger than Australia and it's a Continent!" I have Canada-envy. It's a sad sad thing. *lol*
Evanescence: Cloud Nine I'm always a little embarrassed that I like this band. This song is kinda creepy and wicked.
If you want to live, let live
if you want to go, let go
I'm never gonna be your sweet, sweet surrender Suwabe Junichi- Cross with YouImage song for Atobe Keigo from Prince of Tennis. I like how petulant and yet sexy the singer makes this.
Angel Sanctuary- Cruel TacticsNo lyrics. I love how creepy and discordant it is.
Also, have a couple of extras, since I upped them anyway:
Cake- Love you MadlyFun, good-paced song about loving without reservations or ulterior motives.
???-TouchI don't know what this is. But I uploaded it apparently. Um. Suprise?
Local H- Toxic Why is it that I always find I actually REALLY LIKE Britney Spears' songs when they're covered by big, macho-sounding guys?
Stars- The First Five Times (Russian Futurists Mix) Very cool and modern sounding. If I ever wrote a story about a pair that were just in it for the sex and then woke up one morning and realized they had somehow ended up really caring about each other, this would be that story's theme song.
Fifth time in your bedroom
And finally, we rested
And you leaned upon your elbow
And began to speak to me
But you stopped yourself and kissed me
And I grabbed your lips and told you
I know, I know, I know
I feel the same as you/Edit: I've started playing SMT: Digital Devil Saga again, now that I'm not making panic faces about Japanese every hour of the day anymore, and I'd forgotten how perfect it is as a de-stressing mechanism. There's seriously nothing for working out your aggression like devouring your enemies. ♥
